With an ELFIGO 247 subscription, you can call our emergency Roadside Assistance hotline, even after our working hours. Our Roadside Assistance vehicle will arrive within 1 to 3 hours (subject to traffic, weather and job load), pick up your PMA, and send it to our workshop.
There is no need to worry about leaving your previous PMA behind, pushing the heavy machine home, or paying for a taxi or ride hail to transport it.
In addition to picking up your PMA, you can claim an 80% transport subsidy up to SGD 20 to go home or to your next destination!
Terms and Conditions 1) It is a standalone emergency Roadside Assistance service that operates independently of any product warranty.
Subscribing to ELFIGO 247 does not extend, replace, or alter the terms of your PMA’s warranty.
You do not need to have a valid warranty or have a device purchased from ELFIGO to subscribe to ELFIGO 247. The only requirement is that the PMA is located in mainland Singapore.
Roadside Assistance support provided by ELFIGO 247 is available regardless of warranty status and includes support outside of regular working hours, which warranty-related services may not cover.

Q: Must the PMA be purchased from ELFIGO to subscribe to the roadside assistance service?
A: No. We welcome owners of personal mobility aids (PMAs) of all brands to subscribe, as long as they are located in Singapore.
Q: Does the subscription fee cover all repair costs?
A: The ELFIGO 247 service is for roadside assistance only. It covers the cost of rescuing you and transporting your broken-down PMA. Any repair costs are separate.
Here's a breakdown of how it works:
If your device was purchased from ELFIGO:
Under Warranty: No further charges will apply.
Out of Warranty: You will only be charged for labour and parts for the repair. You can save on the one-way towing fee by having us send the device directly back to our service centre.
Note: There will be an additional fee of $60 if you require us to send the device back to you after the repair. This delivery fee can be avoided if you self-collect it from our workshop or organise your own transport.
If your device was purchased from another vendor:
Under Warranty: We will tow the device to your home. You will need to contact your vendor for repairs.
Out of Warranty: If you wish for ELFIGO to perform the repair, the same charges as an out-of-warranty ELFIGO device apply. Otherwise, please contact your preferred vendor to get a quotation.
Note: We can only repair lead-acid powered PMAs from other sellers. We do not repair any lithium-battery powered PMAs from other vendors.
This is the only way to enroll because our back-end system is highly automated and optimized for annual renewals. The system is designed to provide you with a 7-day advance notice for each renewal, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free subscription experience.
Q: What are the payment options available?
Our subscription system requires a credit or debit card to process payments and facilitate annual renewals. We are unable to accept any other forms of payment for this subscription.
