I can say that the quality of the wheelchair is good and my mom is satisfied. It feels light to push for the pusher and not much friction. the brakes are working well too.

Am using a Falcon lightweight wheelchair - it is good value for money. I like that the foot rests can be folded up and under the seat. Most other brands have detachable footrests.

Bought an electric wheelchair from Falcon around 4 years ago, had small issue with the joystick only now. Went back to them and the staff fixed it up without charging ! ... so special for my 90+ year old mum. In addition, even tighten the loose foot pad for her. My mum was very pleased with as the wheels are easy to navigate. It was very smooth and feels much lighter then the previous wheelchair she had. There is also a break for people who help push the wheelchair and a seatbelt. Very quick delivery as well, I ordered on Friday night and received it on Monday night.
