Refund and Return Policy

Definitions
- The Company: Refers to ELFIGO Mobility Pte. Ltd.
- PMA (Personal Mobility Aid): Refers to either a motorised wheelchair or a mobility scooter.
Eligibility for Return
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
- If the product was delivered in its original packaging, it must be returned with the packaging.
- If the product was delivered fully assembled and unboxed, the packaging requirement is waived.
Eligibility for Mobility Scooter Ownership and Registration
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when purchasing a mobility scooter. For online purchases, customers are also responsible for verifying their eligibility before placing an order. Any cancellation, return, or refund arising from the customer's ineligibility or provision of inaccurate information may be subject to transaction, administrative, delivery, collection, registration, and restocking fees.
Return Fees
All returns are subject to the following fees:
a) Restocking Fee:
- 10% of the purchase price.
- This covers the cost of inspection, cleaning, and reboxing (if necessary) to restore the item to sellable condition.
b) Transaction Fee (Out-of-Pocket Cost):
- Covers the out-of-pocket costs charged by the payment gateway used in the transaction.
- Ranges from 0% (for cash and bank transfers) to 8% (for certain Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) payment methods).
c) Delivery Fee (Out-of-Pocket Cost):
- $60 for PMA
- $26 for bulky items like ramps and manual wheelchairs
- $6.99 for small items
- These fees cover the Company's out-of-pocket costs for delivering the item to the customer in the original purchase.
- Applicable even if free shipping was provided.
- Not applicable for store pick-up.
d) Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for returning the item to The Company.
- Alternatively, you may engage The Company to handle the return at the following rates:
- $60 for PMA
- $26 for bulky items like ramps and manual wheelchairs
- $6.99 for small items
Refund Processing
- All fees will be offset against the refund amount.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or PayNow.
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days after the return is received and inspected.
Exceptions & Fee Waivers
- If the order is cancelled before the item is shipped, restocking, delivery, and return shipping fees are not applicable. However, transaction fees may still apply as these are out-of-pocket costs charged by the payment gateway.
- In cases where the product is found to be genuinely defective, fees may be waived at the company's discretion.
- Defect verification will be carried out by The Company before any fee waivers are considered.
